TRI Wind Turbine Blade Internal Inspection Robot is a visual inspection solution for wind turbine blade interiors, solving pain points such as difficulty for personnel entry, numerous blind spots, and untraceable records. The robot body weighs only about 7.5kg, with a narrow and compact design, allowing it to enter the blade interior through the leading/trailing edges and web gaps, reaching a depth of over 85% of the blade length, extending inspection coverage to areas difficult for traditional methods to reach.
Strong Passing Ability, High Adaptability: Six-wheel dual-motor drive, equipped with 90/120mm dual-specification soft rubber wheel sets, enabling stable adhesion and travel on narrow sections and internal curved surfaces; adapts to internal blade inclinations of up to approximately 30°, supports forward/backward movement, pivot steering, and U-turns, balancing obstacle crossing and navigation in confined paths.
Clear Vision, Accurate Measurement: Front-mounted 2-megapixel HD + 10x optical zoom camera core, with pan-tilt axial rotation of 360°/radial rotation of 220°; front and rear dual-channel lighting and rear wide-angle view ensure operation in completely dark environments; laser scale (nominal spacing 50mm) provides image scale reference, facilitating intuitive size estimation and recording of anomalies such as cracks, wrinkles, debonding, and bulges on site.
Controllable Operation, Manageable Delivery: Via wired transmission, the PAD displays real-time images overlaid with information such as travel distance/slope; the software side archives inspection images and positioning data, supports process tracing and one-click report export, advancing experiential inspections to a traceable preventive maintenance closed loop, helping owners reduce high-altitude manual risks, shorten downtime, and improve unit reliability.
