This intelligent inspection robot is engineered for the automated maintenance of boiler water walls in power plants and heavy industries. It negates the need for elevated platforms, using magnetic adhesion to perform fully autonomous inspections on vertical and inclined surfaces. A single boiler inspection covers up to 100,000 thickness measurement points. Leveraging AI algorithms, it automatically identifies 6 major categories and 28 types of defects (including coking, corrosion, wear, bulging, and cracks). Its three-stage visual algorithm (morphological features + knowledge distillation + multi-image segmentation) achieves a 95% defect recognition accuracy. Equipped with three 6-DOF robotic arms and EMAT probes, it navigates complex environments for high-precision positioning. By fusing surface defect data with spatial coordinates, it generates comprehensive reports covering historical trends and risk analysis, enabling full traceability.
